Refund policy
RETURNS
Because our apparel is Made-to-Order just for you, we can not offer returns or exchanges. Each of these items is made specifically for you and we are not equipped house inventory.
REFUND
In the event that a refund is issued for any reason, we will refund the amount to your original form of purchase. Once the refund is initiated, you should receive the funds in 3-5 BUSINESS days.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Be sure you save the plastic bag that it came in so you can return it with the item. Email us at info@inknburn.com for help with any quality or damage issues.
Exchanges
In rare situations we will allow exchanges if this is your first order for an item.
Discount Code
If you have a discount code it must be applied before you place your purchase. We are unable to apply the discount after the purchase has been made or refund it to your card. However, since you haven't used the code you can use it on a future purchase.
Cancellations
Unfortunately we can not cancel orders once placed. We work with partners that begin production as soon as your order comes in.
