Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Please be aware that each country charges their own duties and taxes and we are unable to provide an estimate of what that cost will be. 

 

Why do some products say "Made to Order" in the name? 

Made to Order products are products that we do not stock but will make for you in the size you want when you place an order. Because we have to print the art, cut the fabric, apply the art to the Dry I.C.E. Fabric and then sew it... it will take a longer for us to ship than items that are in stock. 

 

How long do Made to Order items take to ship?

We just started offering this option in December of 2019 and are currently developing and refining our production process to handle this new option. Products are made in the order received. We are working to get our Made to Order pieces handcrafted for you and in the mail within 4 weeks, though this time can be longer or shorter depending on holidays and current order volume.  Order early and plan ahead so you can be sure to get the items you want in plenty of time for any races, events or holidays!

 

Can You Combine My Orders?

No, this slows down our ability to get orders out and increases the chances of errors. 

 

Do you offer Exchanges if I give or receive INKnBURN as a gift?

If you receive INKnBURN apparel as a gift that was purchased at full retail price, we are happy to exchange it for another size or design of equal value. If we no longer have the design you want in your size, we are happy to give you a store credit on our site.

 

You are out of my size in a design I really want!  Will you make more?

Do you make custom apparel?

At this time, no.  Please make sure you subscribe to our newsletter so you'll be notified if we add any type customization in the future!  

 

Marked Down = Final Sale:

All sale purchases are final sale (no returns or exchanges), and we are not able to offer price adjustments, so grab your faves while you can!  It’s possible you will see lower prices as the sale goes on, however if you see something you love, we recommend you grab it while you can. You may well be getting the last item in your size!

 

Can I combine a coupon code with on top of a sale or discounted item?

No, coupon codes will only discount for the coupon price. So if the sale price is a better price, use that and save your coupon for another time!

 

What Does Marked Down Mean?

Marked down means a reduced price.

 

Do you offer price adjustments?

No we do not offer price adjustments.   Please make sure you subscribe to our newsletter at the bottom of our website to make sure you are notified of upcoming sales events!

 

Defective Products:
On rare occasions a product does escape our office that is less than perfect.  Rest assured that we back our products 100%, if it is the correct size for your height/weight and under conditions of normal wear. Please note that we can not warranty our apparel against damage done by other products worn on top of it.
